I stopped in tonight on the way back to St. Lukes where my fianc has been in the in the ICU at since Thursday. While ordering I got to chatting just a bit with the two men helping make my sandwich. I felt bad that I was wearing a mask because I know its even harder to hear with one on. They were so kind and understanding. They also made sure I knew remembered to grab a drink chips since that was their daily deal (which was soo helpful because with the lack of sleep, I definitely would not have remembered). When at check out, they ended up not only paying for my meal, but also making sure to get a cookie for me as well. I lost it as soon as I got to my car. This meant the absolute world to me and I cannot explain how much I appreciate their kindness during one the worst weeks of my family and Is lives. The customer service that these two men provided from start to finish was absolutely impeccable. Outside of my own personal experience - the store was clean and organized, my food was wonderful, and the location was very convenient. If youre in the area and enjoy Mr. Goodcents, I highly recommend stopping in. Their service and food are top tier.
