Massa's Town & Country

We had a party of 10 people. Came in at 5:00pm ( the restaurant opens at 4:00). It was awfully hot. The food came in all burned, dry and too salty. Some orders of Italian potatoes were missing bc as they said they were out. The bread and butter came with entries.

Food is above average. Not the best Italian I've ever had, but far from the worst. The atmosphere is very interesting. Eclectic. I feel like the decor was chosen mostly by Bill, and I don't mean that in a bad way at all. It just seems like his style, which makes it 100% unique. The music tonight was an interesting choice. 90's punk maybe? So last and most importantly... Ashley. Wow! Ashley was honestly one of the best servers we've ever had in our entire lives. I'm not exaggerating here. Check my review history if you want. I've never written that about anyone else. We've had every type, from awful to amazing, and she ranks right at the top. We will be asking for her specifically from here on out.

Every piece of silverware was dirty. Plates had old food caked on them. Couple next to us asked to cancel their order after waiting an hour and the assistant manager rudely told them to leave and never come back. Waitress was dressed inappropriately. Window from our table to the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 15 years.
