I have had MFA Propane Sullivan for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff over the years have changed but each and everyone has been very friendly and accommodating. I recommend them.

Bought my fireplace there...sold to MFA..now they don't service

Lis, we are sorry that we are unable to service your fireplace. Our employees are trained for propane distribution from the tank to the appliance only. They are not trained for servicing appliances within the home. We would be happy to provide you with a recommendation for a local company to service your fireplace if you need help finding someone. I have been waiting for my tank to get filled for 3 days. They wont tell you anything when they are coming. 3 days I have a 16 month old and it is getting cold in my house and the tank is at 4% now. Im getting ready tired of this with them.

We understand it can be stressful when your propane tank levels are running low and we're sorry you have had to wait for your delivery. When demand for propane is high during the winter, a short wait for delivery is common. As a will-call customer, you have a responsibility to inform us when your tank gets down to 20% remaining so that we have ample time to get your delivery scheduled and delivered. You were below that threshold when you contacted us. If you would rather not have to worry about running out of propane or checking your tank gauge, we offer an Auto-Fill program that we would be happy to discuss with you.
