        When the electric goes out you should have a call center to answer phones to give explanations and an estimated time of outage. Danger to well being of others!

        Called to ask about a power outage and get some information and I was spoken to RUDELY AND THEN GOT HUNG UP ON. WORST customer service EVER.

        Do not believe a word from Judy or Lisa both will lie to you. Confirm all of what they tell you keep records of conversation when you had the conversation who you spoke with. Do not expect honesty or any sort of care from either of these women. They do not belong in any public service job.
