Love this store! I always look for one when I'm traveling. Was sad to see the one in Mobile AL is closed, then the one south of Memphis is closed. Glad Springfield is still open! Great service & clothing!

WHBM has some great items and is set apart by being one of the few places you can still try things on and receive assistance now a days. With that being said, their return policy/process cannot compete with more progressive return policies that focus more on customer satisfaction and less on small details such as having original receipt, tags, box, etc. Would I shop here again? Maybe. But, I will do so knowing that if I change my mind on an item after I get home, I am most likely stuck with that item.

I cannot recommend this boutique more highly through the experience I had. I needed a outfit very quickly for my fathers funeral. The staff treated me like a queen catering to my every need with compassion and grave. Thank you for being there when I needed it the most! Plus a beautiful outfit from dress, shoes to jewelry!!
