American Glass

Difficult to work with. I needed a sheet of glass for my doorless shower. I stopped by to discuss what info they needed to get it ordered. My contractor created a cardboard template of what I needed since it was not square. I called to start the order and was told they didn't want the template they just needed the dimensions so I gave them to them. Turns out they cut it square and I was told there were no notes in their system. Apparently they could have come out and did the measuring but nobody let me know that was an option. I ended up with a gap about 3/4" and they would not compromise at all with helping me resolve it.

So I'm an old man on disability , live in a old camper, with a structure around it !!! Just as the cold was hitting us in Springfield !!! Got up to put wood in the stove !!! Unfortunately I was still half asleep , and when I shut the door , I broke the glass !!!! Called around frantically trying to find a replacement !!! Got ahold of Leslie at American glass , so so glass girl Dalia got my order !!! Got it cut that same day !!! Well I got measurements while the stove was still hot !!! I was a quarter inch off !!!! I called the next morning , and Leslie said bring it in !!! The not only took care of my mistake , the didn't even charge me !!! I sure hope GOD blessing on everyone at this glass company, because Lord knows they kept me and my little dog warm threw this cold spell ! Wished every company could be as good as American Glass !!! Will never forget !!! Please give them all the business you can !!!

I was looking for a shower door for my house. Had Matt come and look at what I needed, he was professional, but terrible about call backs. I did get a quote timely, but he was rude when I asked him about about timeline. Wouldn't work with me on getting it ordered quick. So I went with another company. Sad we have big projects in the works. As times get tougher customer service should be priority.

Recently we remodeled our master bath shower and chose American Glass for the new doors. Josh was our installer and he truly did a great job and was very personable while explaining everything! Coordination was a key issue as we were changing out the marble walls with another vendor. Our hat's off to both Josh as well as Justin for great work in a timely manner!
