Gave the sales lady two names that wanted windowsnever called them. Had four windows replaced and had a spider problem. The lady in the office evidently didn't want to be bothered . Won't use them again.

Very poor quality windows! We bought 16 windows from Window World in Springfield Missouri in 2014. It took forever for us to get our windows and since we have gotten the windows it’s been a real pain. In the seven years since we purchased the windows we’ve had to have seven of them replaced so basically one a year! It’s due to water between the two panels. There shouldn’t be any water. I’ve attached pictures to show you. Yes they replace them since it’s a lifetime warranty. But let me ask you what homeowners want to go to that expense of having new windows put into their home only to have them come out once a year and I have to replace one window a year! Ridiculous. I ordered 10 replacement windows in late June of 2021 and was told that it would be 20 to 24 weeks for delivery. We are now over 24 weeks and when I call to find out the status, I am told there are delays with shipping, or delays because I ordered a color for the exterior of my windows or delays in general. I have become a nagging customer and was told in so many words, don't call us, we'll call you when they arrive. At this point I am just disappointed that I could not get them before the Holidays, when I have family coming in from out of town. I have never paid $3,500 down for a product and then waited six months to still not receive even part of it. There has been no follow up (unless I did it) and nothing to reassure me that my business is important to them. The excuses are lame and at this point, I just wish I could get my money back.
