I'm leaning the review for the adult side. Check-in at 635pm, after sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hrs was taken to a room.. That wasn't clean! Next room wasn't clean either, walked past 5 total and they weren't clean! Nurse I saw wasn't very nice, I inquired why someone who walks in 2 hrs after myself would be seen first she said he probably did the save a spot, nope cause none were available and he Said he came from another clinic. I understand based on priorities or urgency but his issue was his leg, mine is my face being swollen to where I could barely see and possibly cellulitis of the face. She got upset said I could talk to her manager and never saw anyone after that. I left! I had been there for going on 5 hrs with no help. Glad the gossip girls were having fun! (Front desk)

I have been here for 6 hours for them to check if I have a kidney infection or not. 6. Hours.

The front desk talked about weddings and Taylor Swift rather than actually displaying any real concern. Their conversations amongst themselves took precedence over actual issues happening around them. The Dr I had was personable and wrote me a prescription for a maxillary sinus infection. Hes exempt from my ire. 10/10 experience. They gave my partner, who is presenting with the same symptoms, no medicine. They split us up and wouldnt let me be treated alongside him, but the domestic assault victim could have his wife stay with him. I assume that special privileges come with being a cishet couple. I asked for a second opinion and was gaslit the entire time. I left and refused to fill the prescriptions because they couldnt tell me the origin of my disease, even though theyre surrounded by multi-millions of dollars worth of equipment (but not as much as T. Swift made on her Eras tour!). The staff was condescending and rude the entire time. The insurance person wheeled her insurance cart in only to trauma dump about her old job at McDonalds onto an already ill person. Lets guess and see which patient had Blue Cross Blue Shield, and which patient was on Missouri insurance. These people will likely commit irreparable damage to your health and then giggle around the water cooler. Mondays, am I right? I hope Jennifer gets fired. Out of a cannon. Into space.
