Hi AT&T. I understand your service is updating at the end of the month. But it would be nice if I could also use it this month, since I paid for it. The Feb. 2022 Update has been horrible, I am often dropped for no reason throughout the day and now every time I try to "follow a link" anywhere, I get a 'Disconnect' message in error (because I'm still connected), and I have to sign-out and sign back into to 're-set' the browser/connection. This has killed my efficiency at work, and peace of mind while trying to relax outside of work. No AT&T, I don't trust you not to also butcher your new network. Since I can't use the network this month, I will stop paying as of Feb. 28th when my fiber optic is installed. Bye, the frequent headaches and loss of service will not be missed.

The absolute worst phone company in existence. The customer service representatives are extremely rude and are quick to make you someone elses problem. Youll be transferred around until you give up. The prices are too high when considering the consistency of the outages. They do not explain changes made to company policy that greatly affect you.

My Father recently went to an Assisted Living/ Memory Care unit. I placed an order over 10 days ago to have his phone switched to his new residence. They were to have done this on Monday the 22 ND. After multiple phone calls, being sent to the wrong department, speaking to representatives and Melba from " the President's Office" I still have gotten nowhere. I feel like my Father has been put on the back burner because of his age and Alzheimer's. He does have access to a phone after all at a nurses station. Did I mention my Mother passed on May 21st. So nobody from his Church, friends, family can reach out to him unless they call the nurses station. In my opinion this is a red flag and screams AGEISM... Look that up AT& T !
