Was a customer for almost 4 years finally switched to AT&T wayyy cheaper and internet its better so far . They kept upping my bill each year and I was paying 110 dollars for just INTERNET that would barely work!! So if youre looking into getting internet definitely go with AT&T!

The internet is spotty sometimes but tonight it continuously keeps cutting out about every 20 minutes. They are unfortunately the only high-speed internet provider in Springfield, and quite frankly they are not reliable and they wanna raise prices on people after a year for a service that is not good. My point of view? They are scammers and have a monopoly on this city. You would think so many negative reviews would spark interest in new internet companies to come here, and if they do they can take my money over these people any day of the week.

Their service when you call them sucks. You get people that are not even in America that don't have a clue on what they are doing. My Internet goes out pretty often and it sucks to have to deal with their service.
