The employee said they could not read the ID NUMBER from Amazon, sent me over to print labels, self serve. The employee scanning codes has never been a problem until the last two times.

Handle with care the employees at this UPS STORE. They bite. Not kidding. Im looking for a new store. Sad because I live one mile from this location. My husband and I have used this store for as long as its been open. But things have changed the past 5 + years.
