Roofing Ozarks was extremely easy to work with, very quick, and did a fantastic job! They also had very good communication with the insurance adjuster and took a lot of that stress off my plate. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs done.

Very honest and trustworthy! Will do whatever they can to help you out and get you going! You wont find any other company that can work with insurance like they can. They are the only roofing company to use!

If I could give Alan 10 stars I would. I called and needed help with a very minor roofing issue that a different company wanted to significantly overcharge us for and make us wait to get on the schedule to fix. We were expecting storms and apprehensive about waiting to fix the issue, so I decided to call around and boy am I glad I did that! Alan came over that night to fix the issue then once he got on the roof he found that the problem was even smaller than the other company had told us. He could have lied and overcharged us like the other company planned to do, but he took photos and explained to us what was actually wrong. He also fixed it on the spot. He saved us time, money and potential damages while also being honest with us about the situation even though he could have easily gone along with what the other company said. Alan communicated with us every step of the way and showed us he has more honesty and integrity than others and that he takes treating his customers well very seriously. Frankly he treated us more like family than customers and I absolutely intend to keep calling him for any future roofing needs we may have, and to refer all of our family and friends to do the same. He took a very frustrating situation and made it one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Alan, you're a great person and I look forward to working with you again in the future, thank you so much for all your help!

Insurance adjuster came out and advised they would only cover half the roof. I called up roofing ozarks and was lost for what to do they came out contacted the insurance company with me and got my whole roof paid for. Highly recommend to everyone who is using insurance and having issues, or just needs a roof!
