Closed on my first home ever on 05/24/2019. James was referred to me by a family member saying he was a "go getter". That term used wasn't even close to being adequate. James is a beast. He was always kind and considerate, checked on me every single day regardless if there was anything he needed or not. There was constant communication all my questions got answered(trust me there were a lot), and he fought to get answers that he could not provide. James not only was my representing agent, he became my friend. I highly highly recommend James for any real estate needs.
