Valerie is literally the BEST agent ever. For our first house, she patiently stuck with us for 9 months while we tried to find the perfect one, and it was so cheap of a house that she didnt even get very much commission. When we decided to sell, we called Valerie right away and she was on it! She gave us tasks that were easy to do and helped boost our listing price, did amazing photos herself when the photographer fell through, and navigated the NIGHTMARE of last minute things that came up when trying to sell while also negotiating the price of our new house down. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong with trying to sell our house did go wrong, and Valerie STILL got us to closing day! She even showed up to our house TWO DAYS before we were supposed to close when the buyers lender said we had to repaint the entire outside of the house before they would grant the loan. And Valerie was there with buckets of paint and all of the supplies and we got it done! I would never go with a different agent. If I had, I never would be where I am.
