The galvanized drain pipe under my kitchen sink corroded and began draining into the kitchen cabinet under the sink on a Thursday evening. I called Drainworks after a long weekend of not being able to use the sink.
Eric was great, he was super busy but happened to be passing by my neighborhood on his way to a job. He stopped by my house and gave me an estimate but he said they wouldn't be able to get to it for 2 - 3 days. His estimate was less than another company's fee to come to my house and "diagnose" the leak so I decided I could wash dishes in a bucket a few more days.
Someone from Drainworks was there in 2 days and it cost less than the estimate quoted. Good service people are hard to find and 100% worth the wait.

Eric was fantastic! I had a leaking outdoor spigot. It was an emergency to me and he made it a priority to him! Squeezed me into his schedule, was prompt, professional and efficient. Charged me a fair rate and even gave me expert advice on additional issues. Used before was decent and referred family, so I called to get a quote for another project. He didn't take the time to understand what was needed and over quoted. Called back to reconfirm he understood what was needed. He said I originally told him a full job when I only needed drains hooked up. When I corrected him, he got defensive and said well I am booked for the next 2 weeks trying to get me not to use him. No problem, i wont ever use him again and neither will my family that i referred him to.
