    Convenience stores should have soda machines that work with ICE!! Why is it taking so long to get this fixed AGAIN? COFFEE machines never have coffee in them. Customer service, there is NONE! Please fix this it's not that hard!!

    I don't know if they changed their cheese or what but normally I love it but I got a supreme and a pepperoni Xtra cheese and the supreme it's meat and veggies weren't exactly to hot the cheese was melted on top but underneath was weird the same with the pepperoni it's like the cheap cheese you buy and it melts on top. it's strange normally Casey's is awesome

    I ordered a pizza for delivery at about 10:30 PM. It said it would be an hour wait. Delivery would be at 11:45. I watched the tracker (which they use DoorDash drivers). One showed up, was there for a couple of minutes and then dropped the order. It gets reassigned to a new dasher. Theyre at the store. Its 11:45. Theyre there maybe 5 minutes when I get a text saying my order had been cancelled. It said to contact the store for more info. I tried calling. Its 11:55. I get an automated message saying the store is closed. Meanwhile, DoorDash shows the order has been cancelled but it still shows in the Caseys app as active. Im writing this now at 4AM. Its been cleared out of the app however Ive not gotten a refund on my money. I basically got charged $22 by Caseys for a pizza that never was sent out for delivery. I have used the Contact Us in their app but gotten no response. Its very unprofessional to make someone wait an hour for an order that they decided not to make. In addition, someone gets charged for a product they didnt receive. Im very disappointed and will likely not order from this location again. Im just hoping now that I can get my money back but aint holding my breath.

    Beware of this location, one of the cashier's purposely shorts change on large bills thinking it won't be noticed but she has done it to me for a third time and I will not return to this location and I'm considering contacting corporate and reporting it cause that's theft.
