        We have been in awe of Dr Phillips since the first time weve seen him. He has been awesome with our baby and very helpful, however we made a simple phone call to his office to ask one tiny simple medical question/advice/concern for my daughter that would have literally taken 10 seconds out of someone day to answer for a nurse or a doctor and the lady who answered the phone refused to allow me to even ask due to him only seeing my son. Very disappointing and saddening to see their level of care for patients.

        What I have experienced from this individual is that he will not personalize medication for his patients. When I asked him why my son was on certain medications his answer was. "Kids do this" or "Kids do that". It was not your child experience this on this date and then this happened on this date. He just generalized my son with every other child diagnosed with the same thing as him. Plus as a pediatrician he's more than willing to think he is educated enough to treat children for depression and anxiety. Last I knew those were two different fields.
