I was curious about a telehealth eye exam. I was very pleased with the results. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend them

Schedules 10am appointments for when the mall is closed and then tells you they are canceling your appointment that you waited for because you're "6 minutes late" cause you had to walk halfway across the mall

Made an appt for 10am. Found out the mall opens at 10am. Also, they suggested (via the website) that you enter at the Dillards, which doesnt actually open until 11am. So even though I arrived 30min early, the mall wasnt actually opened and I learned I would have to use the far entrance. So I waited and entered at 10am, thinking, they know the issue and will still accept my appointment even though there is no possible way I could arrive earlier. When I get there, they tell me the have to reschedule my appointment bc Im 6 min late. They use telehealth doctors and dont have any doctors actually present. So i guess thats telehealths policy? Nothing about my experience treated me like I was a human and I want nothing to do with them anymore.

Their is no doctor there only an on line doctor that is limited on what they can do. Service was poor. And one young man who was proudly showing his anantisemitism left me discussed.
