I LITERALLY have tried multiple nails salons throughout Springfield and they have all fallen short in comparison to Nails by Kim!!!! They seriously DO NOT have a single negative thing about them!!! They are all fantastic ! Aubree is the BOMB!!!! The owners Kim & Charles are absolutely the sweetest people and DEFINITELY nailed fantastic customer service!!!!

As beautiful as the inside is, my experience at Nails by Kim is low due to the excessive wait I had when I called ahead to schedule an appointment, my pedicure being the worst I've had, and the nail technician I experienced wasn't energetic and passionate about her work. I love how my nails came out, but the massage was more of rubbing, and the scrubbing was time limited. I paid for the works and received a basic/regular pedicure. This experience also influenced me to avoid getting a manicure (which I normally get) from this nail salon due to the unprofessionalism. 6/10 Overall rated for me!

I have been there 3 times and absolutely loved my nails. The service is wonderful and I don't think there is anything they can't do. Can't wait for my next appt.
