        After a 25 minute wait in the drive thru (time after ordering, it was 12 minutes since I paid) and watching cars go around me where they had me parked, I had to request a refund. The food here is usually pretty good but leaving me sit with no service or expectation of how much longer Ill be trapped just doesnt work. The manager promptly provided my refund but appeared annoyed and provided an excuse for the poor service.

        The Springfield MO Steak 'n Shakes still offer table service while no others seem to anymore. Absolutely fabulous service, hot fresh food, and exactly how it was ordered.
