Clapp Business Law

Clapp Buisness Law was handling our time share case which started in 2017, they were unresponsive to my calls then after several calls they reassured me they were working on my case. After a year the collection letters started coming and I called to find out what was going on with Meridian Financials I recieved no calls back here it is 4 years later and Meridian Financial is still contacting me Mary Clapp is not responding to my calls or emails sent through their client portal. This is the worst Buisness Law firm ever.

I've actually experienced the same issue with this Law firm. I was referred to Clapp Business Law by Vacation Consulting Services to resolve a Time share situation. I paid my account in full through Monterey Financial. Initially Clapp Business Law was handling the situation but all of a sudden I stopped receiving any communication from them. I haven't heard anything for almost 3yrs now. They stopped returning my phone calls and emails.

I'm in the same sinking boat, but I'm calling Monterey Financial and filing a claim as I have paid the account in full. Informing them that no services have been rendered and I want a full refund of my monies. I coworker told me and I will do this to report Clapp Business Law to the Bar Association of MO as well as Fla as they have offices in both states. I have left countless messages in both states and no response. Emails have gone unanswered.

They don't call you back....it has been over a year and no one has called us...we paid them and no one has called us
