Best insurance company ever. They perfectly handled the claim after I had an accident that happened during a blizzard and I was found not at fault. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our agent went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met after having the worst experience with a different company which I've been with for 8+ years. Our car was stolen several weeks ago! Unfortunately with the trunk full of things because we are going to be moving soon and had a load of stuff that we were taking to my dad's house to store. I am SO glad that I have renters. insurance though Allstate. I was very stressed and emotional, and they quickly got back to me, helped me file a claim, and were kind throughout the entire process. I will definitely be staying on with them and recommending them to my friends. And some advice to others: soooo dn leave stuff in your trunk! I never imagined my car would be stolen, but it was, and apparently car theft is on the rise.

SCAM!!! Catalyst Consulting took our money ($4,583) and I found out that now this company is out of business after only being in business for about one year! They were supposed to get us out of our timeshare! Now not only have we lost Thousands of Dollars but we are still stuck with our timeshare and having to pay yearly maintenance fees! BUYER BEWARE!!! DEFINITELY A SCAM!!
