I gave him a device for which he said he could provide a print and drawing. He said it would take a few weeks, but it took nearly a year to receive only half a drawing with no edits. He also consulted with people who could potentially pose a direct conflict by sharing information about my device with competitors on how to improve the design, especially since I am still under provisional patent protection. I would strongly advise against working with this individual. It was a complete scam, causing me to lose a year of progress and potential investors due to his dishonesty. Take my advice and always make sure to have a non-disclosure agreement when working on a patent. After a year of waiting for edits, he claimed to be too busy to respond to my inquiries. I discovered he had sought advice from others in the same career field as me, raising concerns about his commitment to confidentiality.
