Lacks disabled/handicap access because there were no electric shopping carts available. I was told that they have two electric carts, one wasn't working & needs repaired and the other was in use. The hour that I was there waiting on a cart four other disabled senior citizens came looking for an electric cart to use. A store that size should have at least 3-4 carts available for use.

The east side store gm needs to come to this store and maybe who ever it is could learn from this stores gm how to run a store and have good employees that have respect and willing to help customers. I get it that the store on the east side makes more money so I'm sure the GM doesn't care how disrespectful the employees are to the customers but thats not how to run and manage a business. If Springfield didn't have two stores I would have done shopping at manards. So too this gm keep up the good job and you have excellent employees

Well to start this is one of my go to places I'm disabled lost my leg fighting a war with diabetes and lost bad so my inner child 53 going on 11 comes out when can power slide there carts around the story with my granddaughter she love when pop pop a fool and Cant lie feel alive again on the ride till we get pull over by Mom my daughter let me tell you the worst of the turn keys and Boss in the USP Have shiv on her lol so if anyone out there down on health or just down get to your store and try out a cart ride lol

At what point in time do we the public stand up for our rights against these corporations that think just because they have millions in revenue each year and thousands of customers that they can treat the individual customer any way that they choose? I took a product back to get a refund, I had my receipt and the product was purchased less than 10 days ago. However since I had lost the card that the product was purchased on they demanded to give me store credit. And if that wasn't bad enough both C.S reps thought is was funny and kept smirking about it until I pulled out my phone and began to record. At which point the worse of the 2 turned her back and began to complain about me recording. People we don't have to accept this treatment and if we would stand together instead of waiting until your the victim in order to get angry then we could change these people's attitudes. Together we can make changes. Individually we can only get angry and ignored.
