I had shoulder surgery today at the Meyer Center (2-25-24) with Dr. Putnam. (He's the best!!) He came in my room before surgery and explained what was going to happen. He's very personable and knows his business! The nurse that came in to get my vitals and start my iv was fantastic! She got me ready to go with kindness and compassion. When it was time to be wheeled to pre op (I think that's what it's called) Bianca came to get me. She was precious She did her job, and went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. Another nurse gave me warm blankets; it was so warm and comforting. I hope I spelled Bianca's name right, because we had the name spelling name conversation! She's a good egg. She also gave me my "I don't care" med in my iv and I'm sure she did many other things regarding my care. She was also there when I started waking up and wheeled me back to my room. Thank you, girl! Brenda helped me get dressed and took me out to the car. Also very kind, helpful and compassionate Meyer Center (and Cox) sure have it all covered with great employees. I have zero complaints about my experience there!!!! Thank you all for taking such good care of me!!
