CFS Engineers (J-Mark Surveying)

I use CFS for all my surveying needs. As a Land Agent with Midwest Land Group it's important for me to provide my clients with a quality service and CFS has helped me accomplish that. They are very timely, well priced and offer great communication. I don't use anyone else!

From start to finish, just an absolute AMAZING group of people. I was struggling to get a surveyor to come out and complete a survey on a property for a client to sell. Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful, professional and kind. She was honest with me about time frame and what to expect. She was very quick to get me to the next step where she passed me off to Jeremy. Jeremy was able to squeeze us into their schedule in just a few days, which was VERY much needed. They got the reports to me within 2 business days, the surveyor was incredibly nice, per my client, and Jeremy was on top of everything. They didn't overpromise but they certainly over-delivered, maintaining professionalism to the very end. I could not recommend them enough! AMAZING TEAM!
