I have 5 kids and Northside is great at working with them. So patient and gentle. Successfully filled my (very nervous) 5 year old's cavity. I have very sensitive teeth and they never shame me and try to keep me as comfortable as possible.

VA PATIENTS BEWARE I would HIGHLY suggests going to somebody who will actually take care of their patients. The office staff has been extremely unprofessional. I am a veteran and I have been trying since Sept/Oct to get an approval for my TMJ issues. I got VA to approve injection for TMJ and have been waiting for THEM to call to schedule since I didn't want to be an annoyance. Since it's been approx 4 weeks since order was approved I decided to contact them. When I express my irritation on there office manager and there taking care of me and possibly other patients Iwas hung upon. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. They have NEVER been a friendly clinic. Find someone else.

Extremely unresponsive. No one answers the phone. They don't respond to mrssages. I have left 3 messages over the past 6 months trying to schedule a cleaning but no one has called out me back. Guess they don't need the business.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaelin as my dentist since 2003 and always go to him for my dental work because he is so friendly and makes his patients feel respected and heard. He is also really good at administering shots so that you barely feel them and if you have any problems or concerns whatsoever he will cheerfully work with you until you're happy and not dismiss your concerns.
