One of the worst places I have ever worked. They pay you inaccurately, they lied to almost everybody in my training class about the pay, their internet is so bad they can't even load their own training videos, and the training itself was the absolute worst I have ever received. For 11 an hour you will take multiple pop quizzes and then waste most of your day just, hanging around, the trainer is misinformed as the manager multiple times stated, and most of your "training" comes down to you and your fellow trainees attempting to quiz and train one another. The environment was incredibly unprofessional and the job itself is way more effort than the 11 an hour is even worth, you could work at ANY, and I do mean ANY, other call center in all of Springfield and make more, and have to do less. On top of all of this, they keep your commission if you have less than a 40% conversion, which if you know anything at ALL about sales, which nobody in their did, that is one of the worst possible things imaginable in a sales environment. This place is quintessential Springfield Work at Will garbage, I left as I was about to get on the floor because they lied to me about pay. And then, they tried to withhold pay for weeks upon weeks, making me miss my rent, due to several "clerical errors", then when I got my check it was significantly less than promised
