        Took our worn out pc to Ken. He offered to find us an affordable much better refurbished pc and transferred all our data from the old to the new machine. The new machine is heads above the old one. He had us back online in just a few days. There was a small problem with a component on the new pc and Ken replaced the part immediately at no extra charge. We would definitely do business with Ken again.
