Boost Mobile

Was lied to by a Manager named Cameron. Now I'm stuck with phones that are locked to Boost and they won't give me my money back. He told me in 30 days I could down grade my plan but for the time being had to go with higher plan. No the deal is for you to get a phone at a discount you have to have the highest plan so boost can make their money back. Why wasn't I told that in the first place? Now I'm out almost $400 and phones I can't use elsewhere because they are locked. I'm going to also loose my number that I have had for 10 yrs because my service has to be active in order to switch my number back. Worst experience ever with prepaid

Just wanted to hop on here and say the Kearney St. store manage, Paige Paulson is amazing. Shes the most kind, patient, and honest employee I have ever met. Shes an asset to that store, I hope she gets the recognization she deserves! :)

I traveled an hour to get to this store. Hope was not able to resolve my issues. A few minutes after leaving the store, I realized I forgot to ask about one of the other problems I was experiencing, and turned around and headed back to the store. When I pulled up, Hope was walking out the front door to speak to who I assume was her boyfriend. As I was preparing to exit my car, hoped looked at me and gave me a dirty look. I then walked into the store and waited for her to come back inside. When she entered, I asked if I did something wronTowhich she responded No. I then said Well I thought I did, because you gave me a dirty look This apparently triggered her because she then told me that she wasnt going to help me and to leave the store. I left and am now fuming and called customer service. I drove over an hour to go to this store.
