Mr. Huffman, we are very surprised to see this review from you sir. When we initially took your call last September your vehicle was at a shop and they refused to work on it. You spoke with my shop foreman and pleaded with him to allow it to be towed to our shop as "you had no where else to go". When the vehicle arrived we understood the logic of the other shop. The hood wouldn't open, vehicle was low on oil, front brakes on the wear indicators, bolts broken off in hubs and someone had told you there was coolant in the oil. We eventually got the hood release to open and of course parts were not available at dealer or even local merchants so we had to get parts online hoping they would work. We had to re-order parts a few times in order to get ones that fit. The alternator belt was missing and after trying several belts, the young man that drives this vehicle advised us he had put on an aftermarket super charger pulley so that was why none of the belts fit. Your vehicle tied up a rack for several weeks and you were not charged anything for all the extra time that was involved. It wasn't a great experience for us either, and there wasn't any way we could predict the performance or life of this vehicle. When you called to tell us the vehicle didn't make it home and was advised engine had internal concerns, we advised you to take to an Audi Dealer as special tools are needed for engine repairs. We did what we could with what we had to work with and we didn't do anything that you did not authorize. The list of concerns with this vehicle were endless....
