        They would not honor a 3-year battery warranty on a battery that absolutely tested bad. Label clearly indicated that it was purchased there and that it was within the warranty period, but they said it wasn't covered and would not replace it. This sort of customer service is where a business can really shine. Unfortunately, Southern Missouri Battery doesn't stand behind the products they sell.
