As I sit here writing this theyve had my vehicle for almost 8 hours and still cant tell me exactly whats wrong with it. While they are always super nice they are about double or triple the price for service and extremely slow. Bought a minivan from them last year and within 24 hours the brakes started making a noise. Took it to their certified specialist and to this day they still dont know what is causing the noise.

Benjamin took great care of me. Car was in and out and he explained the issues and remedies clearly. Dealership service prices are always expected to be high but you get what you pay for!

Replaced the motor on our Kia Soul. Took over a month which I understood would take a while. Fine with that, however, have taken the car back twice because the engine light kept coming on. Having to take it in again engine light comes on sporadically while driving. Such an inconvenience.

I love my Kia Telluride BUT Springfield Kia service department is pretty bad! I bought my Kia in another state and moved to Missouri and it has been a nightmare to get service done at Springfield Kia. As I write this, I am sitting in their waiting room for the THIRD time trying to get a simple belt recall completed. The first issue was after driving 45 minutes to get here for my scheduled appointment, I was told that they had a new computer appointment system and it bumped me off the calendar and I could wait but it would be 3-4 hours. The second time I drove 45 minutes to get the belt recall work completed, I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes only to be told that my part that is ordered specific to my VIN was somehow given to another customer. Not one person bothered to let me know or give me any sort of update in that 3 hour, 15 minute wait time. In fact, I requested an update and was told the only person that could help me was on lunch break. After that person returned from their break and finally decided to let me know they dont have my part anymore, I was told theyd order me a new part and let me know when it was in. After waiting more than enough time, I called and was told the part was in. Let me clarify, they did NOT bother to call me an let me know. Now, I am here for the third time, waiting to get the belt recall work completed. And, I am waitingI was told the work would take an hour. Its been well over an hour. This place is HORRIBLE with communication! They clearly do NOT care about their customers. My advice to anyone who may have to come to Springfield Kia dealership is..know that you will get awful service. Call before you have any service completed if it involves parts to make sure they have the part and have not given it to someone else. And, be ready to wait and wait and wait. Dont expect much on social or personal skills. Good luck! I have to add that when I went to get in my vehicle, my window was down and my door and driver seat were all wet from the rain. Again, absolutely HORRIBLE service department!
