I have had a few experiences and have always been happy with their repairs. Even had a gas tank repaired where the entire bed of the pickup had to be taken off. But today, I went in for an auto detail. When others were quoting $750 ($500 for interior & $250 for exterior), these guys only charged $250 TOTAL for both in and out. I was completely satisfied with the results, and the crew there was amazing. We'll definitely be back!

This place needs to work on its customer service. I got an estimate for a simple trim piece replacement. First they did not spell my name correctly. I remember spelling it out for them. Then the associate who wrote the estimate left the company. When I called to make the appointment, they had trouble finding the estimate. I asked to order the part, they told me I would have to come in and pay for it first. I live about 75 miles away. I was not going to drive there just to order the part. I was willing to pay for it over the phone. I guess that is against company policy because I never heard back. If you are from out of town, don't use this shop. The two stars are for the good detail on the estimate. I scheduled the repair locally, the shop ordered the part 4/1. It came in 4/2 and I got the repair completed on 4/4 in about 2 hours.

After a horrible experience in which another collision center missed a bunch of damage and caused FURTHER damage to our car, Jake and the team at Reliable Collision helped to make everything as it should have been and to navigate the insurance process as well.
