        Went to visit a friend, and the place was trashed! Just from the looks of an outsider, I would not recommend living here.

        DONT DO IT! Dont live here. I lived here for a year and Ill explain why you should never live here. First, its wayyyy too expensive for what it is ($1100 for 2bed/2bath). Sounds cheap but it isnt. Much more worth paying a bit more for another apartment. Second, the complex is trashed and dirty year round, disgusting coming home to trash and rotten leaves everywhere. I contacted them about it and they said there should be a company cleaning it weekly - they never did until a month before new tenants start to move in. Third, some of the Rosa Homes staff Ive been in contact with have been unprofessional and at times rude. Lastly, theres not enough parking for everyone. So you might get screwed once in a while because theres parking for only about 80% of the tenants. Anyway, youll find me at BV next year, where I get a LOT more bang for my buck.
