        Worst experience I've ever had with a title company. They insured a title for us and 5 years later they tell that there is no title. And have actively told people that our property is not worth buying. I wouldn't send my enemies to this place

      While we regret your negative experience has resulted in dissatisfaction with Semo Title specifically, we are bound by federal regulations including Property Insurance. These regulations are put in place to protect both the buyer and the seller. Our business depends on the selling of property and if a sale falls through, we share in that disappointment.
