        Ive been waiting for over a month to get my blood result back. Ive been calling every other day it seems, and its either that my doctors nurses have left for the day or theyre all unavailable. I finally get a call back today saying that I need to go in to have another blood test taken. They never told me why, which likely means they forgot something with the sample, probably to SEND IT OFF. And of course they wouldnt tell me that. you, Katy Trail. I only go to you because I am poor. If I had money, theres no way in Hell Id be going here.

        Talk about a joke. Had an appointment to get my daughter a physical. They asked all the normal questions then said "ok now sign in on the touch pad" which was everything I had already said. So what was the point of the questions if I just enter it into the system myself? Showed up 20 minutes early pretty typical for a doctor's appointment then proceeded to wait 20 minutes PAST our appointment time watching people walk in PAST our appointment time get called in as soon as they walk through the door. Never said hey doctors running behind not anything no communication what so ever.

        Definitely prefer this one over the old Katy trail! Everyone is super friendly and the med team is great, and takes the time to help you!
