        I took my car here to get a body control P l module replaced and because I'm a girl they completely screwed me and had me pay 3,000 for OTHER parts that they said was the problem so instead of listening to me and fixing my car they completely screwed me over so now I am out 3,000 and my car is still broke down. I would NEVER recommend taking your vehicle here ESPECIALLY if you are a girl. They treated me like I have no clue what I was talking about even though I work in the TOOLING INDUSTRY and knew EXACTLY what was wrong with my car. So now Because this IS a programmable part I HAVE to take this to a Ford dealership and they know this. So now I am hauling my car to springfield to be taken care of and not screwed over. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER ON EVERYTHING.

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are treated with fairness and equality. I have talked with our service manager in regards to this matter. We have tried to pull up a repair order and do not show that you have had your vehicle in our service department for repairs. Would the repair order be under another name? If you could also send me the year/make/model of the vehicle you had serviced here that would help. I would love to help with this matter.
