Advertises property is standard contract, then announces sale is 'as-is' when offer is made. Why? No idea. Advertises property is good for conventional mortgage when it is not. Buyers, buyers' agents, mortgage originators all have their time wasted. In my case, my agent and mortgage guy put in a ton of after-hours time on my behalf. I spent over a day looking into property, walking the neighborhood at night twice, meeting neighbors, etc., based on false information in the advertisement. There is no way for any of us to recoup our time. I ALMOST NEVER LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

We found a property on Zillow and only wanted to view it. We was referred to this company but they required that we were preapproved before we could view it. Then they sent our information to their lender for them to call multiple times. No one ever asked to be connected to a lender we only wanted to view the property. The lender said well dont call and inquire about properties until you got a pre approval. Rude and waste of time. Selling homes in neighborhoods they would speed to get out of. Do better.

Where can I get started. Chris has been an amazing asset. He has made my house buying process really easy. He was always available to answer any of my questions even if it was the weekend or holiday. He wasnt just interested in getting me to buy a home, but also wanted me to provide me as much information as possible that way I knew I was making an informed decision when I was choosing my home. I trusted all his opinions as was very Knowledgeable about homes and potential issues that I wouldnt know/ think about especially being a first time home buyer. Even after I have closed hes still going above and beyond making sure that I am getting everything that I need. I would highly recommend!

A real estate transaction can prove illuminating. It can give you a sense of a person's character. In this case, my wife and I learned something about Chris Roeseler's character. It was a very long and expensive lesson. Hopefully, at least, someone else can learn and benefit from our rotten experience. Don't touch that stove, folks. We burned out hands for you.

We had tried selling our house previously and it was a disaster. We were at our wits end and filled out a questionnaire online and Chris called us. We were not expecting a lot because of our previous try but Chris was very positive that we could sell the home and quickly. He gave us great tips to help set our home to get it to sell. IT WAS SOLD WITHIN 8 DAYS! My husband and I could not believe it. He also helped us find our dream home and had us work with the best group of people. He was very responsive, positive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. I will never use another realtor!!! We even have our friends working with him now too and they love him as well. You will not go wrong if you have Chris help you buy or sell a home.
