Nick was great in the process of selling my home in the summer of 2022. He is honest about what to expect, gives advice, is willing to answer questions at all times and has great connections to make things go quick and smooth. He takes the time to go over things and explain what you need to know. It can be scary to sell your house but he will help make the process what you would hope it to be!

Nick was phenomenal to work with! My wife and I were in the process of buying our first home and we had looked at sooooo many and was ready to pull the trigger on one we really liked, but Nick had educated us that it was significantly overpriced based on his research of comps in the area. Although we were a little bummed - we know we made the right decision based on Nicks professional recommendation. Shortly after skipping on that house we came across the house we are currently in and couldnt be happier! During the buying process with this house we were up against a lot of competition, and Nick (being the great realtor he is) recommended we add an escalation clause to our offer to give us a more competitive offer and that is what ultimately helped us seal the deal. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home!

Nick went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first home. He made himself available at all times and always got back to me within a timely manner. My house buying experience was unorthodox to say the least. Nick helped resolve the issues and assisted with whatever I needed. I highly recommend him and will use him for future home purchases.
