    These people are amazing...they stayed open late for me...I had some bleeding in my eye...Lazer fixed it...very nice people...I felt like I was in good hands...

    Although efficient and I didnt wait long, the experience was more like an assembly line than informative medical care. Had I not researched my symptoms on my own and learned what PVD was, I would not have left any wiser. The techs and doctors were polite but none took any time to explain what they were doing, why, what they found, and to what degree I should be concerned. I was left with the overwhelming sense that I was just processed through the facility in the quickest manner possible, then told to come back in 3 weeks, for what I assume will be more of the same. I left the office with both pupils completely dilated, into bright sunshine, having had no offer of protective sunglasses nor any counseling as to how long this would last, whether it was safe to drive, or any other recommendation. The experience was overwhelmingly mediocre. 2/7/24 Update: To his credit, the doctor who saw me called me a few hours after my original review. He asked if he could explain further and address any questions I still had. I said yes, and he took several minutes to do so. This was certainly appreciated. I tried to impress upon him that had he done exactly this during my visit, we wouldnt be having this second conversation, which lasted 5 minutes. Not sure if he viewed this as fair criticism or not, but I thought Id at least post this follow-up.
