They do all the research after asking me what I would like to see in my insurance policies and make sure to find the best policy for me while also getting me a great deal. After a decades of loyalty, Kevin told me he didnt need my business anymore after I wanted a refund for a policy I asked his assistant to close for me. After he told me I was being passive aggressive, he told me he didnt even have to refund me if he didnt want to.
