The owner is very kind and helpful and the gym is very well kept. Great selection of machines and open 24 hours which is very nice!

Hands down best gym in town! If you are looking for an affordable workout at a place that nails the neighborhood gym vibe, then here it is. Full of locals, regulars and great people. Run by a guy with a heart of gold and wants to make sure you have the experience you deserve. Get in here!

This is a peak gym experience. Zach, the owner, and Rachel, one of the trainers, work very hard to keep the gym clean and organized and make everyone feel at home. I travel for work, and I was only at this gym one time before Zach introduced himself, and welcomed me in. I was there for half of a week before it felt like my gym and when I moved further away in Saint Louis to different housing, I continued to drive past other gyms to get to this one. Many of the other members that I talked to had similar experiences, and put in extra commute to get to the Watson plaza anytime. Ive been to bigger and smaller gyms, but Ive been to few other gyms where Ive felt so immersed in the culture, and never so quickly.

This is a great gym. Has everything you need. I was visiting from out of town and Zach really went out of his way to get me set up. I could not have imagined a better traveling experience.

We are traveling from Wisconsin and found this location near where we are staying. The facility is very nice, and Zach was fantastic. Great location!
