Dr. James Maxwell, DMD

I had an appointment scheduled. I showed up on Wednesday for my appointment. At 4 o'clock, the doors were locked and the lights were off. No one called me no one sent me an email. Nothing. I called to make an appointment. And the receptionist couldn't get me into April. I had been a loyal customer for over 40 years. And that is just not acceptable. I will find a new dentist. The receptionist was very rude saying they sent me an email and called me but that was not true. I hung up then called back and hung up again because she was still being rude.

Ricki was such a wonderful, gentle hygienist! Dr Maxwell also made me feel at ease instantly and we had a great convo that took my mind off of being at the dentist. Can't recommend them enough!

Ricky is my hygienistshe is beyond description it's too bad that you can't give 10 Stars when I see her it's like I'm visiting my daughter at the dentist the only difference is she's cleaning my teeth I can't say enough good about Ricky and dr. Maxwell and his entire office staff I must say at this point Nina you are the best

Ive been going to Dr. James for a little over 2 years. Ive been very happy with everything. Ive had multiple crowns done and theyre the best crowns Ive ever had. My annual cleaning appointment is always great and a pleasant experience. Dr. James does meticulous work and always honest with me. Highly recommended!
