My business would not be where its at today if it werent for the consultation of Redbird Advisors and its staff.
I initially started consulting with RedBird Advisors a few years back when I was selling commercial insurance. Through their coaching and consultation I was able to grow my book of business from $1.2 million to over $4.1 million in renewal premium in about 2-years time.
From there I started my own marketing firm structured around generating leads for a variety of different industries and business types. All the while using Redbird in a fractional leadership capacity. I have been in the insurance business for nearly 30 years and Drew and his team are the first consultants I have ever met that actually care about my success more than their ability to charge a fee. They feel like an extension of my own internal team without the overhead of a full time employee. And, they are always there when I need something outside of my teams ability.
