        I Suddenly found myself in the position of having 2 weeks to find a place to live AND move 25 years' worth of stuff! I happened to drive by Suson Pines and gave them a call. The next day I was moving in! Everyone was very nice and helpful! It is very peaceful and quiet here and the views are nice. It's a great place for nature lovers and dog walkers! Just as I was typing this, I heard an owl outside my bedroom window! Highly Recommended!

        I love where I am living at and it has what I want haven't had any complaints about the apartment I just have a complaint on apartment a with the dogs they have and one of them tried to attack my dog and both of them are not on collars or leashes

        These apartments were horrible. I had a leak in my ceiling from the time I moved in to the time I moved out. I lived here for 2 years. They tried to fix it and failed 2 times. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to live.

        Lived there for 2 years 1st year was ok then the 2nd year the deck rail came apart instead of fixing it right they got a book shelf arm to hold it together then the Nats was so bad coming from the sink and AC broke every month for the price it's ok if you are section 8 I wouldn't recommend to live here they treat the section 8 better than the regular customer

We understand that having a leak in your ceiling is not only frustrating but also unpleasant, and we regret that this issue was not resolved to your satisfaction.We want to let you know that we did repair the roof to fix the leak as soon as possible, however, we faced some challenges accessing your apartment for any interior repairs. Firstly, we took immediate action to address the issues with your deck rail and utilized a temporary solution to ensure your safety while the permanent fix was being done. We apologize if this solution was not satisfactory for you. Regarding your AC, we have records that it was only serviced three times in 2022, one of which was caused by a clogged condensation line. We also have no records of any issues concerning nats in your unit. However, we do understand that insects can be a problem, and we offer pest control services to all our residents upon request. Lastly, we do not have section 8 apartments in our community, and we treat all our residents equally with respect and professionalism. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
