I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received. When I ordered my food through drive-thru I used the online app code for 20% off my total. when I went to the payment window I asked the cashier why was my order $11.41 instead of $9.33 he looked at me and said" sorry my register froze up there's nothing I can do"when I got to the next window to get my food I asked the same question the employees told me they "didn't have time to fix the situation & I heard another employee say there's nothing I can do however the employee working at that window said "here's some cookies for your troubles. Needless too say I'm very confused with situation.
Fast forward a few days later I received a notification that I didn't get charged the right amount of $9.33 but instead got charged $11.41 plus an additional charge in the amount of $11.51.
When I went to speak to management she disregarded the fact that I was told too different prices and nonchalant said"if this is an extra charge" while I'm showing her the evidence from my bank statement, I'll be able to reimburse you. If and when I get reimbursed I'll probably keep my rating at 2 stars since I was treated like I did something wrong. The employees working that night should not be working in fast food with their lack of customer services...

Don't recommend going in to eat, a certain employee was a little too freindly. Other than that the drive thru option is best.

McDonald's typical service, save for one specific employee, who acted extremely erratically towards myself and my friends. You know who he is. (This is a school assignment, please do not reply.)

The food comes out really quick so you dont have to wait long. I also enjoyed the reworked interior design. I have a lot of good memories with this restaurant from whenever I was younger. The price is a little high but it is still good.
