Not a pleasant visit. Its like them two guys r upset when u can't name the tool u r looking for. Im a amateur parts changer. I don't know all the tools by name, and when I see them two guys there I dread to walk in. Only one person that works there is awesome!! And its a woman . She will work with u till she figures out what u need. And she's patient that's why I still go there. Sorry about the negative feed.. I don't like feeling ridiculed!!!

Shannon is amazing! Whatever they are paying her isn't enough. She went above and beyond to help my wife with her dead battery and make a bad day better. She really cares about the customers. Thank you!!
