        Management is absolutely rude. I am new to the area and wanted to sign up for a car wash package. They had two cashiers and a line of four people. Instead of the manager asking me if I minded waiting until they were able to help the others in line, she stated that she was the only one that could sign people up and there was a line behind me. I said umm ok then do you not want to sell me a package and she asked that I come back some other day next week. I will not be back. Nor will I ever use the facilities.

        My spouse came in to by mega tickets, it was about 10 minutes ago. He wanted 3 set of numbers an ask for them on 3 separate tickets. The female behind the counter told him the we don't do separate tickets any more. This is why I do not come to this store anymore, The service sucks. So if I'm buying tickets for different people they have to be on the same ticket.
