    Did online care. Doctor told me to come to the walk in clinic. No appointments available, yet the waiting room and both rooms were empty and dr refused to see me. It would have taken her less then 5 minutes to look at my eye.

    Says they have walk ins available but when you get there all the appointments are booked and you arent allowed to wait!?! Thanks for wasting my time! Ridiculous. I even called before I drove up there. But if course they say well you talked to corporate?!? Not good enough, sorry.

    I had a scheduled Minute Clinic appt. for a COVID-19 test in which I did a pre-check in as well. I left work and raced to CVS for my appt.Once I got there, I was logging on to one of the terminals so I could be seen. I saw one of the physicians heading into the exam room, and she gave me a strange look and asked what was I here for.I stated that I had a 3:40PM appt. and she said she wasn't taking any more appts??? She stated that there have been issues with the insurance companies paying for the COVID-19 test. I said Oook, she said what was the purpose for the exam, I said I wanted a more accurate test.She then directed me to the home tests they had in the store??? If I wanted to take it at home, I wouldn't have scheduled an appt.She then said sorry, but I have another appt. in 7 minutes. I was so pissed off, I just walked out.This wasn't professional, nor did the physician seem concerned or personable. I was truly shocked, because when I did have COVID in the past , I scheduled my appt. showed up, was seen and everything went well. Clueless!!!
